Introduction

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection – Regional Rural Bank (popularly known as IBPS RRB) is an exam conducted by IBPS to recruit the candidates who are willing to fill vacancies in RRBs across India.As per the latest notification released by IBPS, the upcoming Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs XI) for the recruitment of Group-A Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group-B Office Assistant (Multipurpose) is going to be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in the month of August and September/ October 2022.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

A candidate must be either:

(a) a citizen of India, or

(b) a subject of Nepal, or

(c) a subject of Bhutan, or

(d) a refugee belonging to Tibet who came to India, before the 1st January,1962, for being permanently settled in India, or

(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

• Quantitative Aptitude:- Simplification & Approximation, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Number Series, Ratio & Proportion, Quadratic Equations, Averages, Boats & Streams, Simple Interest & Compound Interest, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Mixtures & Alligation, Permutation & Combination, Time & Distance, Probability, Partnership, Pipes & Cistern.
• Reasoning Ability:- Seating Arrangements, Tabulation, Logical Reasoning, Syllogism, Input-Output, Coding-Decoding, Alphanumeric Series, Blood Relations, Ranking, Data Sufficiency, Distance & Direction, Coded Inequalities, and Verbal Reasoning.
• English Language:- Reading Comprehension, Cloze Test, Double Fillers, Error Spotting, Sentence Correction, Para Jumbles, Paragraph Completion, Para Summary, Sentence Connector, and Vocabulary.
• Computers:- Internet, Memory, Keyboard Shortcuts, Computer Related Terms Abbreviations, Computer Fundamentals, Microsoft Office and Related Word Processing, Spreadsheet Applications, Computer Hardware and Software, Operating Systems and GUI Basics, Networking, Computer Network, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows.

• Current Affairs:– This section compiles three different sub-sections which are current affairs, banking & financial affairs, and static awareness.

1. Current Affairs: It includes topics such as important bank news, economic affairs, national and international news, recent state affairs, agreements, visits, awards and honors, summits & conferences, and obituaries.
2. Banking & Financial Awareness: This topic consists of financial news, Banking Abbreviations, the Banking Regulation Act 1949, About & Functions of RBI Policy Rates, Types of Accounts, Negotiable instruments act 1881, Money market instruments, priority sector lending, financial inclusion, Money market instruments, Banking Ombudsman scheme 2006 & more.
3. Static Awareness: It includes topics like International Organisations, Important Days, Capital & Currency, Agreement & Deals, Books & Authors, Honours & Awards, National & International Appointments, Famous Obituaries, etc

How To Apply

IBPS RRB PO Apply Online 2022

The candidates must know how to apply for IBPS RRB Recruitment 2022 along with the detail of important documents to be uploaded in the application form. The candidates need to apply for IBPS RRB 2022 directly from the official website of RRB as per the Zone for which they are applying.

Just follow the below mentioned steps to apply for RRB Exam.

• Candidates need to apply for the notified posts of any one RRB only as per their eligibility & zone through ONLINE application mode by visiting the official website of RRBs.
• Select the RRB from the available options to which you wish to apply. RRB once selected cannot be changed after the preliminary registration is completed and Registration number is allotted. So be careful in this process.
• Click on “New Registration” button.
• Fill the complete detail of the page like name, e-mail address, contact details, etc., especially those fields which are mandatory and then click on the “I agree” option
• An OTP would be triggered & sent to your registered Phone number and the Activation Link will be sent to the registered email address.
• A Registration Number and Password will be sent to your e-mail ID after the verification of the email address and mobile number.
• Then Login with your Registration number and password and fill up your educational details & upload the documents like Category certificate, Mark sheets, etc.
• Now verify all the details filled by you and click on submit button once you are completely sure about all details.
• Then you will be redirected to the payment gateway website once you click on submit button. Pay the required amount & take the printout of the receipt for future reference.

• The payment for appearing in IBPS RRB can only be made online.
• Debit cards, Internet Banking, Credit Card, Mobile Wallet/Cash cards, IMPS can be used for the online payment.
• After completing the payment method application form and e-receipt will be generated which the candidate should take a printed copy and if the payment method is not successful, register again.
• Make sure to keep a copy of the Application form after the final submission. The concerned RRB may ask for it in the future.
