Rishi Chourasia is an MBA and MMS (Finance) professional with more than 14 years of teaching experience. He has trained over 15,000 students across CAT, CET, CRT, Banking, GRE, GMAT and Finance-related subjects. He is the Founder and Director of Vikalp Education and has taught at many well-known institutes in Mumbai as both a full-time and visiting faculty. His experience includes delivering finance lectures at multiple management colleges, teaching Quant at T.I.M.E., and conducting 200+ seminars on aptitude and banking awareness in several cities.

Shweta Chourasia is a Corporate Trainer and Certified Psychometric Trainer with over 12 years of experience. She has trained more than 15,000 students in soft skills, aptitude, interview skills and HR-related areas. She is the Co-Founder and Director of Vikalp Education and has worked as an Assistant Professor at leading management institutes in Mumbai and Nagpur. She has also conducted MBTI-based psychometric tests for working professionals and postgraduate students and has delivered training sessions across Mumbai, Nagpur, Bhopal and Pune
